This is critical infrastructure - not a nice to have but a requirement – it is how many of our citizens and students get to and perform their work – just as important as streets to this growing workforce.  Milwaukie is overly dependent on one provider.  Increasing competition should be a priority with other commercial providers, and the examination of a municipal internet option should continue.
